With 22 years of human resources and talent acquisition leadership experience, Jason Buss is a recognized expert with deep experience in identifying, recruiting and hiring high-performing teams. He is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for MongoDB.
Jason has authored and published content in, and has been quoted by The Huffington Post, Fast Company, Bloomberg, MarketWatch, Society for Human Resource Management, Corporate Executive Board and more.
He is the founder of the Recruiters Network, and serves as the president and community leader for several of the nation’s largest and most active regional recruiting communities including Minnesota Recruiters, California Recruiters, Denver Recruiters, Florida Recruiters, Wisconsin Recruiters, Michigan Recruiters and Oregon Recruiters.

Taylor Martinez is the Marketing & Events Specialist for the Recruiters Network. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of St.Thomas in 2018. While studying at the University of St. Thomas she had the opportunity to study abroad in Ireland, Argentina, and Brazil. Also, during the completion of her degree, she underwent many different work experiences such as being a Marketing Research Intern for Sidewalk Dog, Social Media Intern for Hy-Vee, and Talent Acquisition & Social Media Intern for Spok. Throughout her experiences, she has become increasingly interested in social media and how its use can shape and grow an organization.
Taylor has proudly lived in Minnesota her whole life. She is passionate about volunteering and has spent numerous hours volunteering with the Jeremiah Program. In her free time, she enjoys partaking in outdoor activities such as hiking and swimming, as well as going for walks with her adorable English Mastiff named Mabel.
Gina manages the executive search team for General Electric’s Digital division. She began her talent acquisition career as a university recruiting manager with Wells Fargo. Like many early in their careers, she was on the road frequently, traveling throughout the US. While at Wells Fargo, she received her MBA in Human Resource Management. “I thought I would move from talent acquisition to a career in HR, but 15 years later I’m still passionate about recruiting. I love connecting candidates and companies to opportunities that foster success.”
She has worked on a variety of roles from entry-level sales reps to executive talent for multiple industries globally. In addition, she built diversity programs for startup and enterprise organizations to include a program still used by Progressive Insurance to promote veteran hiring. In 2015, she was recruited by GE to build the executive search function for the software and IoT division.
An entrepreneur at heart, Gina helped her husband open a restaurant and bring a brand they love, Beach Hut Deli, to Austin. This is the 4th business she and husband have owned. You can find her there on weekends making sandwiches, bartending or hosting Friday trivia nights. On her downtime, she likes to relax with her other true love, Leo, her rescue dog.
